Coupling Restraints - PVC (IPS, C900), PVCO (IPS, C909)

Each Coupling Restraint Kit includes:

• Two brass grip rings
• Two epoxy powder coated iron glands
• Cold rolled steel rods (zinc plated per ASTM B633 type 3):
• 2" threads on each end
  • 5/8" for the 2"- 3" Coupling Restraint Kits
  • 3/4" for the 4"-12" Coupling Restraint Kits
• -The number of rods vary from 2 to 8 rods depending upon the size
•  -The rod lengths are 18" or 24" and must be specified
• -Custom length rods can be made to order and quoted separately
• 2 zinc plated steel nuts (per ASTM B633 type 3) included for each rod 

MATL SPECS FOR MIDCO COMPONENTS:

Glands - ASTM A 536 Grade 65-45-12 Ductile Iron and Epoxy Powder Coated to 4 mil thickness. Series 3000 (Style 30) 360 degree Grip Ring - C87850 Bronze ECOBRASS ASTM B 30, B 584, B 806; Cold Rolled Zinc Plated Steel Rods and Nuts - ASTM  B 633 type 3.

All MIDCO Municipal Products are fully compliant with the California Lead Plumbing Laws, NSF/ANSI 61 Annex G, ANSI Standard 372, the National Lead Free Law, The Safe Drinking Water Act, and Public Law 111-380.
