The mission of Midland Mfg. Co. is to maintain a viable business through manufacturing and marketing a variety of unique products. Now in our 4th generation of leadership, we are dedicated to using our 120+ years of service in continuing our company traditions.
We were established in 1889 to manufacture water well cylinders and cast bronze products. Recent innovations include our Midco municipal water works line. Midland Mfg. Co. has stayed abreast of new technology by incorporating state of the art equipment as part of our continuing commitment to produce superior quality products.

Goods manufactured by Midland Manufacturing Company which are found to be defective will be replaced at no charge upon written notice and receipt of the defective parts. Since we have no control over the manner in which our equipment is installed and/or used, warranty obligations apply only when goods manufactured by MIDLAND are used for the purposes which they are intended and in accordance with accepted installation and operating practices. We are not responsible for labor or other expenses involved in replacing or repairing damages or damaged equipment and we assume no responsibility for damages, either direct or indirect due to equipment or products of our manufacture. The amount of damage is the price of defective goods only.
