Midland Manufacturing Company operates a state of the art brass, bronze and aluminum foundry. Our facility utilizes the latest technology, industry protocols and quality procedures in all aspects of production from core making, molding, pouring, and shakeout to provide you high quality, competitively priced sand castings. Processes include automatic green sand molding line, no-bake molding, shell and cold-box core methods.
AUTOMATIC MOLDING
Our recently installed, state of the art Sinto automatic molding and handling equipment provides highly efficient and competitively priced, high quality green sand castings that meet or exceed industry demands. Our production volume is up to 70,000 lbs. per day per shift. All of our castings are corrosion, wear, and acid resistant and we feature an environmentally friendly, lead-free compliant Eco Brass (C87850) and C903. We are compliant with ISO, ASME, SAE, ASTM, Mil-Spec, and other internationally recognized Standards
NO-BAKE MOLDING
Our No-Bake molding system features a proprietary process that enhances the setup and production of these type castings generating a superior quality casting ideal for larger castings or castings requiring a specialized surface finish. This system is particularly effective in casting impellers, vanes, certain machine tools, bushing stock, gear blanks as well as generating MARCOZA architectural castings – signage, plaques, architectural markers, ornamental restorations and address plates.
